Same Optional Currency during successive Interest. Periods If the Facility is to be denominated in the same Optional Currency during two successive Interest Periods, the Agent shall calculate the amount of the Facility in the Optional Currency for the second of those Interest Periods (by calculating the amount of Optional Currency equal to the Base Currency Amount of the Facility at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange two (2) Business Days before the first day of the second Interest Period) and (subject to Clause 5.10.2):
