Sample Applications, Application Development Tools and VeriFone User Documentation. VeriFone shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to Licensee's questions regarding use of the Sample Applications, Application Development Tools and VeriFone User Documentation that is reported by Licensee via the help line at no additional charge to Licensee. In no circumstances does VeriFone represent or warrant that any or all such questions can or will be answered.
