SAMPLING AND MOISTURE DETERMINATION. The operations of weighing, sampling and moisture determination shall be carried out by Impala Terminals Mexico S.A. de C.V. in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico in the usual technical manner in accordance with standard international practices. Sampling shall be done on top of the truck. Moisture samples shall be taken by using a post hole shovel with five (5) samples taken from corner to corner of each truck box. The depth of each sample shall reach the bottom of the truck box and each sample contain 1 - 1.5kg. The sample shall be placed in plastic sample bag and the five (5) samples should make up approximately 6 - 8 kg composite sample A grid of 60 holes (5 x 12 grid) with each hole drilled to the full depth of the concentrate and the sample recovered in the receiving pan (approx 1 - 1.5kg per drill hole). The total weight of the composite sample should contain approximately 60 - 80kg. The moisture and the weight thus determined, less a weight franchise of 0.25% (zero point twenty five percent) shall be final and binding for settlement purposes. Seller shall have the right to appoint an internationally recognized supervision company to conduct supervision of these operations. The costs of these operations shall be borne by the Seller. The size of the lots for sampling purposes shall be approximately 250 (two hundred and fifty) wet metric tons. The final contents for all elements shall be calculated on a lot-by-lot basis. The sum of the individual lot contents will constitute the total of the shipment. The samples shall be taken, prepared and sealed in the presence of Seller's surveyor. Each party shall give their sample dispatch instructions and can receive four (4) sets of samples for every composite lot prepared.

SAMPLING AND MOISTURE DETERMINATION. Weighing is performed on railway scales located at “Lead” station of Almalyk MMC. Sampling for moisture determination will be effected by common technical methods at the Receiver’s plant in accordance with GOST 14180-80. Moisture determination will be effected by common technical methods at the Receiver’s plant in accordance with GOST 13170-80. These operations are carried out by the Buyer’s technical control service. The dry weight determined in this way will be the final dry weight for calculation purposes. Sampling for quality determination: Weight averaged lots are drawn from Matte lots by wagon at the Buyer’s Smelter and are formed as follows: 2 sample for the Buyer 2 sample for the Seller’s representative 2 samples for an internationally recognized survey company as an umpire sample.

The weight determined at the warehouse less a weight franchise of 0.50 (zero point five percent) percent shall be final and binding for settlement purposes. Seller and Buyer shall appoint an internationally recognised supervision company on a joint basis to represent them during these operations. The costs of these operations shall be shared equally between the parties. The size of the lots for sampling purposes shall be approximately 30 wet metric tons. Sample portions shall be made from each such sample lot and distributed as follows:

A grid of 80 holes (5 X 16) with each hole drilled to the full depth of the Concentrate and the sample recovered in the receiving pan (approx 1 — 1.5kg per drill hole). The total weight of the composite sample should contain approximately 8- - 100kg. The moisture and the wet weight thus determined, less a weight franchise of 0.1% (zero point one percent) shall be final and binding for settlement purposes. Seller shall have the right to appoint an internationally recognized supervision company to conduct supervision of these operations. The costs of these operations shall be borne by the Seller. The operations of weighing, sampling and moisture determination shall be carried out at the Buyer's Impala warehouse in lots of approximately 250 wet metric tonnes. The final contents for all elements shall be calculated on a lot-by-lot basis. The sum of the individual lot contents will constitute the total of the shipment. The samples shall be taken, prepared and sealed in the presence of Seller's surveyor. Each party shall give their sample dispatch instructions and can receive four (4) sets of samples for every composite lot prepared.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards. 2. Grantee agrees to cooperate fully and provide the System Agency and its representatives timely access to Products, records, and other items and information needed to conduct such review, evaluation, testing, and monitoring.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.

  • Study An application for leave of absence for professional study must be supported by a written statement indicating what study or research is to be undertaken, or, if applicable, what subjects are to be studied and at what institutions.

  • Sampling The Licensee agrees that the Composition is purchased as a “Work Made for Hire” whereby the clearing of any sampled materials is the responsibility of Licensee.

  • Polygraph Examination No employee shall be compelled to submit to a polygraph examination. No disciplinary action whatsoever shall be taken against an employee refusing to submit to a polygraph examination; nor shall any comment be anywhere recorded indicating that an employee offered to take, took or refused to take a polygraph examination unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties; nor shall any testimony or evidence of any kind regarding an employee's offer to take, refusal to take, or the results of a polygraph examination be admissible in any proceeding pursuant to this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties.

It may take weeks or months after being infected with HIV for the test to be positive. The HIV test is not always right. Having certain infections or positive test results may have to be reported to the State Department of Health. This includes results for HIV, hepatitis, and other infections. If you have any questions about what information is required to be reported, please ask the study investigator or study staff. Although this testing is meant to be private, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed. For example, it is possible for a court of law to get health or study records without your permission.
