Sampras-Branded Materials. NewCo Group members may exhaust current inventories of materials featuring Sampras trademarks, service marks, logos and taglines (“Sampras Marks”) for 3 months after the effective date of this Agreement. After that time, NewCo may only use the Sampras Marks under a written trademark license from Sampras.
