Common use of San Francisco Residents Clause in Contracts

San Francisco Residents. In the subsequent rental of vacant For-Rent Owner Affordable Housing Units, the Owner shall give a third priority preference (as described in Subsection 3 below) to San Francisco Residents on the waiting list for such Residential Units.
