Common use of San Francisco Residents Clause in Contracts

San Francisco Residents. In the initial sale of For-Sale Owner Affordable Housing Units, the Owner shall give third-priority preference to San Francisco Residents in the manner described in Section V.A.3.e below.

San Francisco Residents. In the initial sale rental of For-Sale Rent Owner Affordable Housing Units, the Owner shall give third-priority preference to San Francisco Residents in the manner described in Section V.A.3.e IV.A.3.g below.

San Francisco Residents. In the initial sale subsequent rental of vacant For-Sale Rent Owner Affordable Housing Units, the Owner shall give third-a third priority preference (as described in Subsection 3 below) to San Francisco Residents in on the manner described in Section V.A.3.e belowwaiting list for such Residential Units.
