SAN XXXX-XXXXX PROJECT REPAYMENT CONTRACT. In consideration for the Pueblo’s compromise of its water right claims in this Adjudication, to satisfy its present and future needs, and to provide resources necessary to support the Pueblo as a self-governing and sovereign Indian tribe, and as provided by section 508(b)(1)(A) of the Settlement Act, the Secretary shall enter into a repayment contract with the Pueblo that entitles the Pueblo to delivery of two thousand two hundred fifteen (2,215) AFY of San Xxxx-Xxxxx Project water.
