SAN XXXX-XXXXX PROJECT REPAYMENT CONTRACT. In consideration for EPWSD’s compromises in curtailing diversions from its existing xxxxx and to provide for the public health, safety, and welfare, and as provided by section 508(b)(1)(C) of the Settlement Act the Secretary shall enter into a repayment contract with EPWSD that entitles EPWSD to delivery of forty (40) AFY of San Xxxx-Xxxxx Project water.
