Common use of Sanction Certification Clause in Contracts

Sanction Certification. Vendor hereby acknowledges that, to the best of its knowledge, neither Vendor, any of Vendor’s Subcontractors nor any of their respective employees have been listed by a federal agency as debarred, suspended, or excluded from, or otherwise ineligible for, participation in federal procurement and non-procurement programs or federally funded healthcare programs. Vendor certifies that it will notify Customer in writing as soon as reasonably possible upon becoming aware of any of the above.
