Sanctionable Practices. Neither the Borrower, nor the Guarantor, nor any of their respective Affiliates, nor any Person acting on its or any of their behalf, has committed or engaged in, with respect to any of their respective Operations or any transaction contemplated by this Agreement, any Sanctionable Practice;
Sanctionable Practices. (i) The Company hereby agrees that it shall not engage in (nor authorize or permit any Affiliate or any other Person acting on its behalf to engage in) any Sanctionable Practice with respect to the Company Operations;

Engage in (and neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary shall authorize or permit any Affiliate or any other Person acting on its behalf to engage in) with respect to its Operations or any transaction contemplated by this Agreement, any Sanctionable Practices. The Borrower further covenants that should IFC notify the Borrower of its concerns that there has been a violation of the provisions of this Section or of Section 3.01(t) (Sanctionable Practices) of this Agreement, it shall cooperate and it shall cause each relevant Subsidiary to cooperate, in good faith with IFC and its representatives in determining whether such a violation has occurred, and shall respond promptly and in reasonable detail to any notice from IFC, and shall furnish documentary support for such response upon IFC’s request;
Sanctionable Practices. Neither Borrower has nor has any of its Affiliates, nor has any Person acting on its behalf, committed, with respect to the Project or any transaction contemplated by this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, any Sanctionable Practice;

The Borrower further covenants that should IFC notify the Borrower of its concerns that there has been a violation of the provisions of this Section or of Section 3.01 (n) of this Agreement, it shall cooperate in good faith with IFC and its representatives in determining whether such a violation has occurred, and shall respond promptly and in reasonable detail to any notice from IFC, and shall furnish documentary support for such response upon IFC’s request; (n)
