  • The Consultant represents and warrants that no part of the Remuneration shall be provided to, or used to support, individuals and organizations associated with terrorism as identified on any sanction list published by the European Union, the United States Government, the United Nations Security Council or other relevant agency or body.

  • Any applicable sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any applicable executive order or by any applicable sanctions program administered by OFAC, the United States Department of State, the Office of the United States Treasury, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or Her Majesty’s Treasury.

  • It is not included in the most recent Consolidated United Nations Security Council Sanctions List nor is it the subject of any sanctions or other temporary suspension.

  • For the purpose of this Agreement, “Designated Jurisdiction” means any country or territory to the extent that such country or territory itself is the subject of any Sanction; “Sanction(s)” means any international economic sanction administered or enforced by the United States Government (including OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or other relevant sanctions authority.
