Sanctioned Ownership. Customer represents and warrants that it is not a person that is listed on, or owned (whether directly or indirectly) or controlled by a person listed on, a Sanctions List. For the purposes of this Article 5.1, “ownership” and control” have the meaning given to them in the applicable Sanctions or in any official guidance in relation to such Sanctions.
