Common use of Sanctioned Plan Clause in Contracts

Sanctioned Plan. With the intention of developing and commercially exploiting the Said Premises by constructing the Said Complex thereon and selling the flats and other covered and open spaces therein (Units), the Seller has got a building plan sanctioned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) vide Building Permit No. 2007070070 dated 6th August, 2007(Sanctioned Plan, which includes all sanctioned/ permissible modifications made thereto, if any, from time to time).

Sanctioned Plan. With the intention of developing and commercially exploiting the Said Premises by constructing the Said Complex thereon and selling the flats and other covered and open spaces therein (Units), the Seller has got a building plan sanctioned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) vide Building Permit No. 2007070070 2011140322 dated 6th August, 2007(Sanctioned 15.11.2011 (Sanctioned Plan, which includes all sanctioned/ sanctioned/permissible modifications made thereto, if any, from time to time).

Sanctioned Plan. With the intention of developing and commercially exploiting the Said Premises by constructing the Said Complex Building thereon and selling the flats flats, Car Parking spaces and other covered and open spaces therein space thereat (Units), the Seller has got a building plan sanctioned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) vide Building Permit No. 2007070070 2016080079 dated 6th August, 2007(Sanctioned 27.01.2017 (Sanctioned Plan), which includes all sanctioned/ sanctioned/permissible modifications made/to be made thereto, if any, from time to time).

With the intention of developing and commercially exploiting the Said Premises Property by constructing the Said Complex thereon and selling the flats Units and other covered and open spaces therein (Units)car parking spaces, the Seller has got a building plan sanctioned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) ), vide Building Permit No. 2007070070 2011070066 dated 6th August, 2007(Sanctioned 28.06.2011 (Sanctioned Plan, which includes all sanctioned/ permissible modifications made thereto, if any, from time to time).
