Sanctioned Territory. Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, so-called Donetsk and Luhansk Peoples’ Republics and other Ukrainian territories claimed to be Annexed by Russia or any country or region which is, or whose government is, or becomes, a target of comprehensive, country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctioned Territory. “Sanctioned Territory” shall mean, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions (at the time of this Agreement, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, and the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic).
Sanctioned Territory. At any time, a country or territory which is the subject or target of (a) comprehensive Sanctions, including the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, and (b) other broad Sanctions including Afghanistan, Belarus, Russia and Venezuela. Sanctions - Sanctions means any economic, financial or trade sanctions or restrictions administered or enforced by Canada (including the government of any province or territory thereof), the United States (including the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Commerce), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union and any member state thereof, and the United Kingdom (including His Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom). Transmission Charges: charges for moving high voltage electricity from a generation facility to the distribution lines of an electric distribution company. Transmission Service Charges: fees for switching, disconnecting, reconnecting or maintaining electric service or equipment, or transmission or transmission-related charges, that are imposed by law, rule, regulation or tariff, or Commission rule or order. Utility: your local electricity or natural gas distribution utility.

If, but only if, this Restricted Territory is held to be invalid on the grounds that it is unreasonably broad, then the Restricted Territory shall be any location within a fifty (50) mile radius of any Company office.
