Sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws. No: (i) Covered Entity: (x) is a Sanctioned Person, nor any employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, brokers or agents acting on a Covered Entity’s behalf in connection with this Agreement is a Sanctioned Person; (y) directly, or indirectly through any third party, engages in any transactions or other dealings with any Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdiction, or which otherwise are prohibited by any Applicable Laws of the United States or Applicable Laws of other applicable jurisdictions relating to economic sanctions and other Anti-Terrorism Laws; (ii) Pledged Collateral or Sold Asset is Embargoed Property.
