Sanctions; Anti-Corruption Use of Proceeds. Use the proceeds of the Loans or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Person (i) to fund or facilitate any activities or business of, with or involving any Person that is the subject or target of any Sanctions, (ii) to fund or facilitate any activities or business in or involving any Sanctioned Country, (iii) in any manner that would constitute or give rise to violation of Sanctions by any Person, including any Lender or (iv) in any manner that would constitute or give rise to a violation of Anti-Corruption Laws.
