Sanctions Certificate Sample Clauses

Sanctions Certificate. The Borrower shall supply to the Agent, together with each set of audited annual financial statements delivered pursuant to paragraph (a) of Clause 11.6 or, as the case may be, together with the notification that the consolidated audited annual financial statements of the Group have been made available to the public, a Sanctions Certificate for further distribution by the Agent to the Lenders. The Agent’s duties in relation to the Sanctions Certificate are solely mechanical and administrative in nature.
