Sanctions in General. The STATE may impose sanctions at the STATE’s discretion, in an amount of‌‌‌ (1) Up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) per day; and/or (2) The direct and indirect costs to the STATE of an incident or incidents, caused by the MCO or its Subcontractor(s), not to exceed two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) and/or (3) For failure to report actions required to be reported to the National Practitioner Data Bank (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxx/), a civil monetary penalty as described in section 9.9.6.6(3).
