Sanctions in General. The STATE may impose sanctions at the STATE’s discretion, in an amount of: Up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) per day; and/or The direct and indirect costs to the STATE of an incident or incidents caused by the MCO or its subcontractor(s), not to exceed two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), and/or For failure to report actions required to be reported to the Healthcare Integrity and Protection Data Bank, a civil monetary penalty as described in section 9.9.2(J)(3)
