Common use of Sanctions Clause in Contracts

Sanctions. Permit any Loan or the proceeds of any Loan, directly or indirectly, (a) to be lent, contributed or otherwise made available to fund any activity or business in any Designated Jurisdiction; (b) to fund any activity or business of any Person located, organized or residing in any Designated Jurisdiction or who is the subject of any Sanctions; or (c) in any other manner that will result in any violation by any Person (including any Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer or Swing Line Lender) of any Sanctions.

Sanctions. Permit any Loan or the proceeds of any Loan, directly or indirectly, (ai) to be lent, contributed or otherwise made available to fund any activity or business in any Designated Jurisdiction; (bii) to fund any activity or business of any Person located, organized or residing in any Designated Jurisdiction or who is the subject of any Sanctions; or (ciii) in any other manner that will result in any violation by any Person (including any Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer or Swing Line Lender) of any Sanctions.

Permit any Loan Borrowing or the proceeds of any LoanBorrowing, directly or to the knowledge of the Borrower, indirectly, (a) to be lent, contributed or otherwise made available (i) to fund any activity activities of or business with any Person (including, any individual, or entity), or in any Designated Jurisdiction; (b) to fund any activity or business , that is at the time of any Person locatedsuch funding, organized or residing in any Designated Jurisdiction or who is the subject of any Sanctions; , except to the extent permitted for a Person required to comply with Sanctions or (cii) in for any other manner purpose that will result in would violate any violation by any Person (including any Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer Anti-Corruption Law or Swing Line Lender) of any Sanctions.

Permit any Loan or the proceeds of any LoanNote or Warrant, directly or indirectly, (a) to be lent, contributed or otherwise made available to fund any activity or business in any Designated Jurisdiction; (b) to fund any activity or business in any Designated Jurisdiction; (c) to fund any activity or business of any Person located, organized or residing in any Designated Jurisdiction or who is the subject of any Sanctions; or (cd) in any other manner that will result in any violation by any Person (including any LenderPurchaser, Arranger, Administrative Athyrium or the Collateral Agent, L/C Issuer or Swing Line Lender) of any Sanctions.

Permit any Loan or the proceeds of any Loan, directly or indirectly, by the Borrower or any Subsidiary (a) to be lent, contributed or otherwise made available to fund any activity or business in any Designated Jurisdiction; (b) to fund any activity or business of any Person located, organized or residing in any Designated Jurisdiction or who is the subject of any Sanctions; or (c) in any other manner that will result in any violation by any Person (including any Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer or Swing Line Lender) of any Sanctions.
