Common use of Sanctions Clause in Contracts

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, knowingly use the proceeds of or any Credit ExtensionLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Jurisdiction that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of any Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation breach by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, indirectly use the proceeds of any Loan or use any other Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, Extension or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Lender or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly Knowingly directly or indirectly, indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityDesignated Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions (and is not covered by an exception to such Sanctions), or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual party to this Agreement of Sanctions or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of SanctionsAnti-Corruption Laws.

Sanctions. Directly or or, in each case to the knowledge of any Responsible Officer of the Loan Parties, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, any Fund Entity, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, in each case in violation of any applicable Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) , of applicable Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Person that, at the time of the use of such fundingproceeds, is the subject of SanctionsSanctions or is located, organized or resident in any Designated Jurisdiction, or in any other manner that will could reasonably be expected to result in a violation of Sanctions by any individual party to this Agreement or entity any other Loan Document (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of SanctionsSecured Party).

Directly or or, to its knowledge, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extensionextension of credit hereunder, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, entity that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of SanctionsSanctioned Person.

Sanctions. Directly or or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityPerson, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Jurisdiction that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner manner, in each case that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or or, knowingly, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject target of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Loan Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectlyor, to the knowledge of any Borrower, indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual Person, or entityin any country or territory, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Person that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual Person party to any Loan Document, or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as a Lender, an Arranger, the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuer, Issuer or any Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) Lender of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual individual, or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Lender or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or (to the actual knowledge of the Borrower) indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionBorrowing, or lend, lend or contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual individual, or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, Sanctions or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual individuals or entity participating in the transaction, transaction (whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or knowingly indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionLoans or Letters of Credit, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund (i) fund, finance or facilitate any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, in violation of applicable Sanctions, or (ii) in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C IssuerIssuing Lender, Swing Line Swingline Lender, Euro Swingline Lender, or otherwise) of applicable Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityDesignated Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity party to this Agreement (including any individual or entity participating in as the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or or, knowingly, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject target of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, Unconsolidated Affiliate, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityPerson, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Person that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Swingline Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionLoan or the issuance of any Letter of Credit, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Issuing Bank or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionAdvance, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Sole Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, indirectly use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund fund, finance or facilitate any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Sanctioned Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether transaction as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, Unconsolidated Affiliate, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entityPerson, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, the Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated JurisdictionSanctioned Country, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any an individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionLoan or Letter of Credit, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdictioncountry or territory, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lenderunderwriter, Arrangeradvisor, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, investor or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionExtension of Credit, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject or target of any Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as a Lender, Arranger, an LC Issuing Bank or Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of or any Credit ExtensionLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, Jurisdiction that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of any Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Issuer or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or, to the knowledge of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiary, indirectly, use any Credit Extension or the proceeds of any Credit Extension, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Credit Extension or the proceeds of any Credit Extension to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entityPerson, to fund fund, finance, or facilitate any activities of or business with any individual or entityPerson, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any individual or entity Person (including any individual or entity Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.

Sanctions. Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Credit ExtensionLoan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiary, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, to fund any activities of or business with any individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will knowingly result in a violation by any individual or entity (including any individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, any Arranger or the Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer, Swing Line Lender, Agent or otherwise) of Sanctions.
