Common use of Sarbanes-Oxley Certifications Clause in Contracts

Sarbanes-Oxley Certifications. With respect to any applicable reports xx xxx Xxxxxxy filed with the SEC after the date of this Agreement, neither the chief executive officer nor the chief financial officer of the Company shall have failed to provide the necessary certifications (i) as and in the form required under Section 302 of SOxA and (ii) as required under Section 906 of SOxA and in the form previously filed by the Company.
