Satisfaction and Discharge of Liability on Notes; Defeasance. (a) The Company may terminate its obligations and the obligations of the Guarantors with respect to the Notes and the related Note Guarantees under this Indenture, except for those which expressly survive by the terms of this Indenture, when:
