Satisfaction, Discharge and Defeasance of the Notes. The Company shall be deemed to have paid and Discharged the entire Indebtedness on all the Outstanding Notes upon the deposit referred to in subparagraph (1) hereof, and the provisions of this Indenture, as they relate to such Outstanding Notes, shall no longer be in effect (and the Trustee, at the expense of the Company, shall at Company Request execute proper instruments acknowledging the same), except as to:
