Common use of Satisfaction of Buyers Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Buyers. The undertaking of the Buyers to the Sellers that the Buyers are acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Owners, the Sanctioned Plan, all the background papers described in the Devolution of Title, the right of the Sellers to enter into this Agreement and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyers, and the Buyers shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.

Satisfaction of Buyers. The undertaking of the Buyer/Buyers to the Sellers Seller that the Buyer/Buyers is/are acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the OwnersSeller, the Sanctioned Plan, all the background papers described in the Devolution of Titleabove, the right of the Sellers Seller to enter into this Agreement and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer/Buyers, and the Buyer/Buyers shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
