Satisfaction of Class E Claims. If and only if the Tort Trustee has made distributions to Tort Trust Beneficiaries sufficient to satisfy in full the Claims of each and every Tort Trust Beneficiary (as determined by the Tort Trustee, subject to the District Court’s review of such determination), the Tort Trustee shall distribute to the holders of Allowed Class E Claims their Pro Rata Share of the remaining Cash, if any, of the Tort Trust.
