Common use of Satisfaction of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Commitment. The Loan being made pursuant to the terms hereof and of the other Loan Documents is being made in satisfaction of, Administrative Agent's and each of the Lenders' obligations under the Commitment dated ____________________, 2003. The terms, provisions and conditions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents supersede the provisions of the Commitment.
