SATISFACTION OF COMPENSATION OBLIGATIONS; ADEQUATE CONSIDERATION. Executive agrees that the payments and benefits provided herein satisfy in full all obligations of Cadence to Executive arising out of or in connection with Executive’s employment through the Termination Date, including, without limitation, all compensation, salary, bonuses, reimbursement of expenses, and benefits.

SATISFACTION OF COMPENSATION OBLIGATIONS; ADEQUATE CONSIDERATION. Executive agrees that the payments and benefits provided herein satisfy are in full satisfaction of all obligations of Cadence to Executive arising out of or in connection with Executive’s 's employment through the Termination Date, including, without limitation, all compensation, salary, bonuses, reimbursement of expenses, and benefits.
