Common use of Satisfaction of Conditions of the Underwriting Agreement Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Conditions of the Underwriting Agreement. All conditions in the Underwriting Agreement relating to the Underwriters' obligation to purchase the Notes shall have been satisfied, without taking into account any waiver by any Underwriter of any condition unless such waiver has been approved by the Insurer.
