Common use of Satisfaction of Conditions Precedent Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Conditions Precedent. Anything in this Trust Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, Owner Trustee shall, subject to the satisfaction of special counsel for Owner Trustee of the occurrence of all the applicable conditions precedent specified in Section 3.2, comply with the provisions of Section 3.1.

Satisfaction of Conditions Precedent. Anything in this Trust Agreement herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the Owner Trustee shallshall comply with the provisions of Section 3.01 hereof upon the satisfaction, subject to the satisfaction of special counsel for the Owner Trustee of the occurrence Trustee, of all the applicable conditions precedent specified in Section 3.2, comply with 3.02 hereof and in Section 4 of the provisions of Section 3.1Participation Agreement.
