Common use of Satisfaction of Counsel Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Counsel. All corporate and other actions and proceedings of Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, all resolutions, documents and instruments incidental thereto, and all other related legal matters, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Seller and his counsel, and such parties shall have received all such resolutions, documents and instruments, or copies thereof, certified if requested, as its counsel shall have reasonably requested.
