Satisfaction of Indemnification Obligations Cures Inaccuracy of Licensor Representations and Warranties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the inaccuracy of any of Licensor’s representations and warranties contained in Section 12 hereof shall not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations for purposes of Sections 15.3(b) and 15.3(c) to the extent that Licensor satisfies its indemnification obligations with respect to such inaccuracy.
