Satisfaction of Maintenance Services Conditions Precedent. ADOT will issue a written certificate evidencing satisfaction 19 of Maintenance Services Conditions Precedent upon satisfaction of all the following: 20 (a) Developer demonstrates to ADOT’s reasonable 21 satisfaction that Developer has completed training of maintenance personnel, which 23 (i) Delivery to ADOT of a written certificate, in 24 form acceptable to ADOT, executed by Developer that it and its Subcontractors are fully 25 staffed with such trained personnel and are ready, willing and able to perform the 26 Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract 27 Documents and Project Management Plan pertaining to the Maintenance Period;
