Common use of Satisfaction of Receivable Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Receivable. Upon payment in full on any Receivable, or otherwise in accordance with the Servicer's customary policies and procedures consistent with the Servicing Standard, the Servicer is authorized to execute an instrument in satisfaction of such Receivable and to do such other acts and execute such other documents as the Servicer deems necessary to discharge the Obligor thereunder and eliminate the security interest in the Financed Vehicle related thereto. To the extent that insufficient payments are received on a Receivable credited by the Servicer as prepaid or paid in full and satisfied, the shortfall shall be paid by the Servicer out of its own funds if the shortfall is in excess of $25.
