Common use of Satisfaction Promise Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction Promise. If you’re not completely happy with your Beyond Slim purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 90 days for a full refund (less shipping). This satisfaction promise is not applicable to sale items, display items and business supplies and starter kits. Abusive returns by Coaches will result in the cancel- lation of the Coaches’ Beyond Slim business and the return will be treated as a cancella- tion return pursuant to policy 35. Product purchased with product credits is not eligible for a refund or return.

Satisfaction Promise. If you’re you are not completely happy with your Beyond Slim purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund full exchange or credit on account within 90 days for a full refund (less shipping). If you would prefer a refund, it will be deemed to be and treated as a voluntary termination of your Beyond Slim Coach Agreement and the return will be treated as a cancellation return pursuant to Section 38 (above) and you will be converted to Customer status. This satisfaction promise is not applicable to sale items, display items and business supplies and starter kits. Abusive returns by Coaches will result in the cancel- lation of the Coaches’ Beyond Slim business and the return will be treated as a cancella- tion return pursuant to policy 35. Product purchased with product credits Beyond Bucks is not eligible for a refund or return.
