Satisfaction with Due Diligence. Buyer’s due diligence investigation shall not have indicated that any of the information provided for in the Agreement or provided by any Seller or Company is inaccurate, incomplete or untrue in any way, and Buyer’s due diligence investigation shall not have revealed any facts, circumstances, liabilities or conditions that Buyer considers, may adversely affect the value or prospects of the Seller Shares or the Company or that may expose the Company to any liability not heretofore fully disclosed to Buyer.
