Satisfactory Environmental Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Phase I environmental report with respect to any Permitted Acquisition the consideration for which is in excess of $10.0 million, to the extent reasonably required by the Administrative Agent the results of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent acting reasonably.
