Satisfactory Legal Form, etc. All legal matters incident to the effectiveness of this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Lender and its counsel.
Satisfactory Legal Form, etc. All documents executed or submitted pursuant hereto on or prior to the Effective Date by or on behalf of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any other Obligors shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Managing Agents, the Lenders and their counsel; the Managing Agents, the Lenders and their counsel shall have received all information, approvals, opinions, documents or instruments as the Managing Agents, the Lenders or their counsel may reasonably request.
Satisfactory Legal Form, etc. All Instruments and other documents executed and delivered or submitted pursuant hereto by or on behalf of any of the Credit Parties shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent and its special counsel; the Administrative Agent and its special counsel shall have received all such information, and such counterpart originals or such certified or other copies of all such other materials, as the Administrative Agent or its special counsel shall have reasonably requested; and all legal matters incident to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its special counsel.
