Common use of Satisfactory Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Note Documents, and all documents necessary for the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to each Purchaser and its special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of such transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Note DocumentsAgreement, and all documents necessary for to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to each Purchaser and its special counselsuch Lender, and such Purchaser Lender shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of such said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Note Documents, and all documents necessary for to the consummation thereof, shall have been taken or delivered, as the case may be, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to each Purchaser and its special counselcounsel to the Purchasers, and such each Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of such said transactions.

All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Note DocumentsAgreement, and all documents necessary for to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to each Purchaser and its special counselHOLDINGS, and such Purchaser HOLDINGS shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of such said transactions.

All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Note Documents, and all documents necessary for the consummation thereof, shall to be satisfactory in form and substance to each Purchaser and its special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all certificates, documents and instruments incidental hereto and required hereby, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Purchaser and shall have received copies of all such documents and instruments as Purchaser may reasonably request in connection with such transactions.
