Common use of Satisfactory Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Thirteenth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser and such Purchaser’s special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Thirteenth Twelfth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser and such Purchaser’s 's special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Thirteenth Second Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser and such Purchaser’s 's special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Thirteenth Ninth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser and such Purchaser’s 's special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Thirteenth Eleventh Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser and such Purchaser’s 's special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Thirteenth Seventh Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such the Purchaser and such the Purchaser’s 's special counsel, and such the Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Thirteenth Eighth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser the Purchasers and such Purchaser’s the Purchasers' special counsel, and such Purchaser the Purchasers shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Thirteenth Tenth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser and 167 such Purchaser’s 's special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.
