Common use of Satisfactory Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Eighth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Purchasers and the Purchasers' special counsel, and the Purchasers shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Eighth Ninth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Purchasers such Purchaser and the Purchasers' such Purchaser's special counsel, and the Purchasers such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.
