Common use of Satisfactory Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Fourth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser and such Purchaser's special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Fourth Sixth Supplement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to such Purchaser and such Purchaser's special counsel, and such Purchaser shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.
