Common use of Satisfactory Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender and Lender's counsel.
