Common use of Satisfactory Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Proceedings. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the 2002 Subsidiary Note Guaranty, and all documents necessary to the consummation thereof, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to you and your special counsel, and you shall have received a copy (executed or certified as may be appropriate) of all legal documents or proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of said transactions.
