Satisfactory Relationships Sample Clauses

The Satisfactory Relationships clause establishes that the continuation or effectiveness of an agreement is contingent upon the parties maintaining mutually acceptable relationships, often with third parties or stakeholders relevant to the contract. In practice, this clause may require that relationships with suppliers, customers, or regulatory bodies remain in good standing, and if these relationships deteriorate or become unsatisfactory, it could trigger a right to terminate or renegotiate the agreement. Its core function is to protect parties from being bound to a contract when essential external relationships become problematic, thereby managing risk and ensuring the agreement remains viable under changing circumstances.
