Satisfactory Written Assignment Required. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, both the Company and the Members will be entitled to treat the assignor of a Membership Interest or an Economic Interest in the Company as the absolute owner thereof in all respects, and will incur no liability for distributions made in good faith to him or her, until a written assignment that conforms to the requirements of this has been received by, accepted and recorded on the books of the Company.
