Save Harmless (required) Sample Clauses

Save Harmless (required). Vendor shall defend, indemnify, and save WSP harmless from and against any claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from such claims, by third parties for any or all injuries to persons or damage to property of such third parties arising from intentional, willful or negligent acts or omissions of Vendor, its officers, employees, or agents, or Subcontractors, their officers, employees, or agents. Vendor’s obligation to defend, indemnify, and save WSP harmless shall not be eliminated or reduced by any alleged concurrent WSP negligence.
