Saving Clause Provisions. (a) This Agreement supersedes and nullifies any and all written or oral agreements entered into between the Union and the undersigned Employer. (b) The provisions of the Agreement are deemed to be separable to the extent that if and when a Court of last resort adjudges any provisions of this Agreement in its application between the Union and the undersigned Employer to be in conflict with any law, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, but such remaining provisions shall con­ tinue in full force and effect, provided further, that in the event any provision or provisions are so declared to be in conflict with a law, both parties shall meet within thirty (30) days for the purpose of renegotiations and agreement on provision or provisions so invalidated.
