Common use of SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS Clause in Contracts

SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS. Nothing in this Scheme shall affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded or liabilities incurred by the Demerged Company in relation to the Demerged Undertaking until the Appointed Date, to the end and intent that the Resulting Company shall accept and adopt all acts, deeds and things done and executed by the Demerged Company in respect thereto as done and executed on behalf of the Resulting Company.

SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS. Nothing in this Scheme shall affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded or liabilities incurred by the Demerged Company in relation to the Demerged Undertaking until on or before the Appointed DateDate or concluded between the Appointed Date and the Effective Date (both days inclusive), to the end and intent that the Resulting Company shall accept accepts and adopt adopts all acts, deeds and things done and executed by the Demerged Company in respect thereto as done and executed on behalf of the Resulting Company.

SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS. Nothing in this Scheme shall affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded or liabilities incurred by the Demerged Company in relation (with respect to the Demerged Undertaking Undertaking), until the Appointed Date, to the end and intent that the Resulting Company Company, shall accept and adopt all acts, deeds and things done and executed by Demerged Company (with respect to the Demerged Company Undertaking) in respect thereto as done and executed on behalf of the Resulting Company.
