Common use of SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS Clause in Contracts

SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS. The transfer of assets, properties and liabilities above and the continuance of proceedings by or against Resulting Company above shall not affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded in Demerged Company, in relation to the Demerged Undertaking on or after the Appointed Date till the Effective Date, to the end and intent that Resulting Company accepts and adopts all acts, deeds and things done and executed by Demerged Company, in relation to the Demerged Undertaking in respect thereto as done and executed on their behalf.

SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS. The transfer of assets, properties and liabilities above and the continuance of proceedings by or against the Resulting Company above Company, as envisaged under this Scheme, shall not affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded in by the Demerged Company, in relation to the Demerged Undertaking on or after the Appointed Date till the Effective Date, to the end and intent that the Resulting Company accepts and adopts all acts, deeds and things done and executed by the Demerged Company, in relation to the Demerged Undertaking in respect thereto Undertaking, as done and executed on their behalfbehalf of itself.

SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS. The transfer of assetsassets and Liabilities to, properties and liabilities above and the continuance of proceedings by or against against, the Resulting Company above as envisaged in this Part II shall not affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded in Demerged Company, in relation to by the Demerged Undertaking Company on or before the Appointed Date and after the Appointed Date till the Effective Dateeffectiveness of this Scheme, to the end and intent that the Resulting Company accepts and adopts all acts, deeds and things done and executed by Demerged Company, in relation to the Demerged Undertaking Company in respect thereto as done and executed on their behalfbehalf of itself.

SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS. 17.1 The transfer of assets, properties and liabilities under Clause 3 above and the continuance of proceedings by or against Resulting the Demerged Company under Clause 7 above shall not affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded in Demerged Company, in relation to by the Demerged Undertaking Company on or after the Appointed Date till the Effective Date, to the end and intent that the Resulting Company accepts and adopts all acts, deeds and things done and executed by Demerged Company, in relation to the Demerged Undertaking Company in respect thereto as done and executed on their behalfbehalf of the Resulting Company.
