Common use of SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS Clause in Contracts

SAVING OF CONCLUDED TRANSACTIONS. The transfer and vesting of business and the continuance of proceedings by or against the Transferor Company, to the extent it relates to the Transferor Company above shall not affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded by the Transferor Company on or before the Appointed Date till the Effective Date, to the end and intent that the Transferee Company accepts and adopts all acts, deeds and things done and executed by the Transferor Company in respect thereto as done and executed on behalf of itself.

The transfer of properties and vesting of business liabilities to, and the continuance of proceedings by or against the Transferor Transferee Company, to the extent it relates to the Transferor Company above shall not affect any transaction or proceedings already concluded by the Transferor Company on or before the Appointed Date, and after Appointed Date till the Effective Date, to the end and intent that the Transferee Company accepts and adopts all acts, deeds and things done and executed by the Transferor Company in respect thereto as done and executed on behalf of itself.
