Common use of Savings and Other Plans Clause in Contracts

Savings and Other Plans. The Executive’s participation in any applicable savings, retirement, profit sharing, stock option, and/or restricted stock plan of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries shall continue only through his Separation from Service. Any terminating distribution and/or vested rights under such Plans shall be governed by the terms of those respective Plans.

Savings and Other Plans. Any terminating distribution and/or vested rights under such Plans shall be governed by the terms of those respective Plansplans.

Any subsidiaries, and any terminating distribution distributions and/or vested rights under such Plans plans shall be governed by the terms of those respective Plansplans.
