Common use of Savings Clause and Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Savings Clause and Entire Agreement. 30.1 It is the intention of the parties hereto to comply with all applicable provisions of State or Federal law. If any court or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction finds any article, section or portion of this Agreement to be unlawful or invalid, the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. If such a finding is made, a substitute for the unlawful or invalid article, section or portion will be negotiated at the request of either party. Negotiations as a result of this provision will commence within thirty (30) days of the date of the request.
