SBA Documents. The Corporation shall have provided each Purchaser that is a Small Business Investment Company (a) with all information and documentation that such Purchaser shall have requested in connection with the preparation and completion of the Portfolio Financing Report on SBA Form 1031, and (b) originals executed by the Corporation of each of (i) an SBA Letter in form and substance previously delivered to certain purchasers of the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, (ii) the Size Status Declaration on SBA Form 480, and (iii) the Assurance of Compliance on SBA Form 652.
SBA Documents. The Credit Parties shall furnish to Agent and the Documentation Agent, (i) such forms and information required by the U.S. Small Business Administration, including, without limitation, SBA Forms 480 and 652, to the extent requested by any such Person from time to time and (ii) such other financial and other information respecting any business or financial condition of a Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries as any such Person shall, from time to time, reasonably request. SBA Documents. The Company shall have executed and delivered to ------------- each SBIC Purchaser a Size Status Declaration on SBA Form 480 and an Assurance of Compliance on SBA Form 652, and shall have provided to each such Purchaser information necessary for the preparation of a Portfolio Financing Report on SBA Form 1031.

SBA Documents. Borrower shall deliver to Lender on the Execution Date all of the SBA Documents executed by Borrower as required;
