Agreement Documents. 1. This Agreement consists of the following documents:
(a) This Agreement;
(b) The General Terms and Conditions for Programme Cooperation Agreements appended hereto;
(c) Any Programme Documents concluded hereunder; and
(d) Any Special Conditions established with regard to a particular programme, IP, or Programme Document, attached to this Agreement.
Agreement Documents. This Agreement consists of this document and the following documents, all of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference:

Agreement Documents. The Agreement Documents are hereby adopted, incorporated by reference, and made part of this Agreement. The intention of the Agreement Documents is to establish the necessary terms, conditions, labor, materials, equipment, and other items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work to ensure the intended results.

(6) Exhibit F: Information Required by 2 CFR 200.331(a)(1) There are no other Agreement documents unless specifically referenced and incorporated in this Agreement.
b. In the event of a conflict between two or more of the documents comprising this Agreement, the language in the document with the highest precedence shall control. The documents comprising this Agreement shall be in the following descending order of precedence: this Agreement less all exhibits, Exhibits D, B, A, C, and F.
Agreement Documents. All data that is used by the City to compute the cost of, or otherwise govern the design and installation of, the Improvements is hereby made a part of this Agreement, and is incorporated herein by this reference as part of Exhibit B.

The documents forming the entire Agreement between City and Contractor shall consist of this Agreement including: EXHIBIT A - Scope of Work - Appendix A1 – Permit and Fees - Appendix A2 – Software & Hardware (Ruckus) Warranty/Support - Appendix A3 – Tentative Project Schedule - Appendix A4 – Final System Acceptance Certificate - Appendix A5 – Price List EXHIBIT B - Compensation/Payment Schedule EXHIBIT C - Insurance Requirements EXHIBIT D - Software License Agreement EXHIBIT E - Change Order Form EXHIBIT F - Supplemental Work Order Form EXHIBIT G - Notice of Exercise of Option to Extend Agreement EXHIBIT H - Wage Requirements EXHIBIT I - Labor Compliance Addendum EXHIBIT J - Payment Bond In the event any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the provisions of this Agreement and any of the above-referenced documents arise, the provisions of this Agreement will prevail. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in relation to the Software License Agreement (Attachment D) shall be as provided in the respective agreement. This Agreement and the Exhibits set forth above, contain all of the agreements, representations and understandings of the Parties hereto, and supersede and replace any previous understandings, commitments, or agreements, whether oral or written as to those matters contained herein. No prior oral or written understanding shall be of any force or effect with respect to those matters covered hereunder, except as otherwise specifically and expressly authorized in this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified only by a written amendment duly executed by the Parties to this Agreement.
